Steve Elkins– President and CEO
Steve Elkins is a co-founder and member of Chapel Home Care. Prior to co-founding Chapel Home Care, Steve served as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of a successful and respected statewide provider of home care services across the state of Tennessee. Steve began his career in non-medical home care after having served as Legal Counsel to Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen from 2006 until 2010. Prior to his service as Governor Bredesen’s Legal Counsel, he served as the Deputy Legal Counsel to the Governor from 2003 until 2006.
Steve graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1995, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance before graduating summa cum laude with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1999. Steve Elkins is a Smyrna native who now resides in Nolensville with his wife Andrea.
